Black Sun to support Knut and Keelhaul in Glasgow

1 Feb

A date for you’re diary! Get down to Nice ‘n Sleazy’s on Glasgow’s Sauchiehall Street on Thursday 28th April to witness the slow-grooving metal carnage that is Black Sun as they open the bill for what looks set to be a skull crushing night, as Knut and Keelhaul storm Glasgow on their only Scottish date. A gig not to be missed!

Glasgow’s Black Sun, a name synonymous with a primal and uncompromising sound and an outfit that is universally respected by all bands on the extreme music circuit, have been steadily fermenting in their own foul juices for just over a decade now – their disturbing post-industrial doom is a gut-wrenching catharsis for the soul.

After several successful British and European tours, plus crowd-blitzing performances at Roadburn and Supersonic festivals, the awesome threesome of Russell McEwan (drums/vocals), Kevin Hare (guitar/vocals) and Graeme Leggate (bass) recently declared a full-scale war of terror with their jaw-dropping new album, Twilight of the Gods, released on Future Noise Recordings.
